The messaging function of your Coach Portal allows you to communicate directly with all the participants who have registered to your activities.
The main access to your messages is located at the top of your dashboard (Messages tab).
From there, you will be able to see all the threads already started.
There are other ways to communicate with your participants:
- You can contact a participant individually
- Select the activity and day/time slot your participant is registered for
- Click on see the list of participants
- Click on Manage reservation, then Send a message - you can now start chatting with your selected participant!

- You can also contact all the participants of a particular activity
- Select the activity and day/time slot your participant is registered for
- Click on Contact participants
- You can now type your message in the designated box. Note that sending this message will start an individual conversation with each of the participants.
- Upon sending your message, you will be redirected to your Messages section
- Once a message is started you and participants can reply through these messages by email by answering above the live.

Note that you can easily activate the Desktop Notification toggle by clicking on it if you want to be notified when a participant sent you a message !
