How to cancel a booking

To cancel your reservation, return to the Decathlon Activities home page and log into your account.

There, you will see at the top all the upcoming activities you have booked.

 

 

Select the activity you wish to cancel and click on 'cancel'.

 

 

A cancelation confirmation email will be sent to you immediately, and refunds for paid activities will be initiated automatically (it takes 5-10 days for financial institutions to complete the transaction).

 

Please note that in accordance with our cancelation policy, you can cancel your registration for an activity up to 24 hours before its start time with a full reimbursement.

If you cancel with less than 24-hour notice, you will not be reimbursed. Sorry!
