Q: How do I know the party is booked?
A: You will receive a confirmation email to the account that is set up with Decathlon activities.
Q: Am I able to cancel my party once it is booked?
A: Yes you will have until 24 hours before the time of the party to cancel and get a full refund. This can be cancelled on the activity page. You cannot cancel or receive any refund within 24 hours.

Q: How do I contact the organizer?
A: Use the messaging system in Decathlon activities and message the organizer there.
If you are running late on the day of, please call the store as soon as possible so that they can get in touch with the organizer.
Q: Can I have a last minute sign-up?
A: Yes, you will be able to sign up until the time of the class using the link provided by the party person.
Q: Is there a space to store food?
A: Please be in contact with your local store to define what is available for you.
Q: When do we have access to our party space?
A: At the time of your party. Your organizer will access the space prior to set up for your party.
Q: When should everyone arrive?
A: Please aim to arrive maximum 5 minutes before at the designated location stated by the organizer.
Q: Can I bring in my own decorations?
A: Yes you can bring your own decorations, but they will need to be taken down before you leave.
Q: Where do my party guests sign up?
A: You will only sign up the birthday child upon the initial booking. After the initial booking you will receive a link from the organizer for you to share with your party guest. They will then be able to sign up on a hidden activity only for them.
