You can send documents to individual participants using the message system of the platform.
You can also upload documents to your activity - they will be sent automatically to registered participants in the booking confirmation email.
During the activity creation process, you will be prompted to download documents (if you wish to do so). Please make sure to only forward documents that are directly related to the activity participants.
If your activity is already created, you can add the documents by updating your activity information
As a coach, you might want to send participants forms and waivers ahead of time, so that they can fill and bring them at the time of the activity.
